Problem Setting Up Profile? A couple possible challenges, quickly overcome . . . Challenge #1 -  A profile already exists. You enter your email address and the system prompts with "You already have a profile with this email address. Please login with your email and password." This is good news. That means the system already has you on file. If you have forgotten that you are on file, you’ve probably also forgotten your password. No problem. In the left margin of the page is the USER LOGIN entry box. Click the "Forgot your password" link. A "Forgot your password" instruction page pops where you will enter your email address and click the "Send new password" link. In a matter of seconds, a new password will appear in your email box for the address you registered. Check your email, get the new password. Enter the new password in the USER LOGIN box (make sure your email address is entered also). The login box will now say "YOU ARE LOGGED IN" and your existing online profile will now appear with all its existing information. Challenge #2 - Logged in but need to correct information. After you successfully log in, you notice that some of the information on the profile form is not correct. Easy to fix. Go to the "YOU ARE LOGGED IN" box in the left margin and click the "Edit Your Profile" link. Follow the prompts thereafter to edit any of the information in your profile.
