A Message From Our President
Welcome friends, colleagues and Members! I am delighted and honored to serve as President of the Denver Chapter of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference (WP&BC).
This year we celebrate 30 years of serving the Metro Denver Pension & Benefits community by fostering an environment where Pension & Benefits professionals can expand their knowledge, share their ideas and network, socialize, meet new and old friends. In Denver, we have a wealth of Pension & Benefits expertise in many fields of our trade. Our Chapter’s Members include:

Our Chapter also participates in the national employee benefits community. The national organization of WP&BC has grown to 2,500 Members located within 14 chapters throughout the western United States. We contribute and draw from this national expertise by participating in the annual Western Benefits Conference, jointly hosted by WP&BC, the IRS and the American Society of Pension Professionals.
Our Members are the core and the strength of our Chapter, and so it is energizing to see that old and new Members alike taking an active role in the Chapter by joining our Committees. The time volunteered is well rewarded, through stronger business relationships, personal friendships and the satisfaction of contributing to interesting and successful programs.
The fundamental principle of any employee benefits practice is that the rules are constantly changing. To help our Members find their way in this dynamic world, the Denver Chapter hosts up to 9 lunch meetings each year on a variety of timely and practical benefits-related topics. In addition, the Chapter provides Specialty Seminars on hot technical topics, a local annual conference, a semi-annual Reception, and invitation to the Western Benefits Conference, hosted by WP&BC, the IRS and the American Society of Pension Professionals.
Non-Members are welcome to attend monthly luncheons, seminars and the annual conferences. Only Members enjoy the benefit of reduced attendance fees, the free Specialty Sessions and the semi-annual Receptions.

2006-2007 Membership Renewal
The 2006-2007 Membership Year for the Denver Chapter of WP&BC begins July 1, 2006 and ends June 30, 2007. The annual Membership fee is just $90. You may pay by credit card or indicate that a check is coming.
