Honolulu Dues Dues are $150 for the first member of a company and $125 for each additional member from the same company, per conference year (July 1st - June 30th), regardless of the date of application. Monthly Luncheon Meetings The Hawaii Chapter sponsors six luncheon meetings each year (12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m.) in January, March, May, July, September and November.
