Congress and Employee Benefits Activity: Update and Outlook

Current legislative discussions hold important implications for employee benefits and compensation programs. This session will help you stay up-to-date about the benefits and compensation discussions on Capitol Hill and offer a sneak preview into the issues that may be on the agenda as the 2015 legislative session wraps up and the 2016 election campaigns kick into high gear.

Presenter Ann Marie Breheny is a Senior Legislative and Regulatory Associate in Towers Watson's Research and Innovation Center. She has more than 20 years of experience tracking federal legislative activity affecting health care, retirement, executive compensation and other benefits and HR issues. Ann Marie keeps Towers Watson associates and clients apprised of breaking developments and works with them to analyze and assess the implications of new and pending legislative changes.
