Tim Verrall,  Esq. is a shareholder in the Houston office of Ogletree Deakins where he advises a broad range of clients regarding the design and administration of pension, retirement, health and welfare plans and other fringe benefit programs, and executive and deferred compensation arrangements. 

Tim is a graduate of Mississippi State University and Tulane Law School and is an active member of the Texas, Virginia, California, and Oklahoma bar associations.  Tim is of Counsel in the Orange County and Northern Virginia offices of Morrison & Foerster LLP.  Formerly, Tim was a member of the employee benefits group of McAfee & Taft in Oklahoma City and began his legal career as an attorney-advisor in the U.S. Department of Labor in Washington, D.C. 

Tim is active in various industry groups and is a frequent speaker and author on employee benefits topics.  He is a past president of the Orange County, California Chapter of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference.
